The role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and delivering suitable candidates in a timely and professional manner. The incumbent will be expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing through to offer management.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client organisations
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and nurture relationships with both clients and prospective candidates
