Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, networking, and referrals
- Coordinating with client organisations to understand hiring requirements and deliver suitable profiles
- Conducting initial screening interviews and shortlisting candidates accordingly
