Recruiter L3

The employer is seeking a skilled Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is an opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional to contribute to large-scale hiring operations within a dynamic organisation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business units
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panels
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide timely status updates
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
