Recruiter L3

The employer is seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is suited for a recruitment professional who can independently manage hiring processes across business functions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to success in this role.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles and business units
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panels
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide timely status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
