The successful candidate will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across business units, partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements efficiently.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding coordination
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Tracking and reporting recruitment metrics to support data-driven hiring decisions
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience working within a large organisation or staffing function is an advantage.
