The employer is looking for a seasoned Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across business functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements efficiently.
In this role, the recruiter will be expected to source candidates through multiple channels, screen and assess applicants, coordinate interview processes, and manage offer negotiations. A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously will be essential.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and business units
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring panels
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
- Build and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
