Recruiter L3

The employer is looking for a skilled and motivated Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving hiring initiatives and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

In this role, the recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes. The position demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units or functions
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals
• Screen and assess applicants against defined role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in talent acquisition, a strong understanding of sourcing strategies, and excellent communication skills. Prior experience working within a large enterprise or IT services environment will be an advantage.
