The employer is looking for a seasoned Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a senior individual-contributor role focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across business functions.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, the recruiter will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with organisational goals.
- End-to-end ownership of recruitment for assigned positions
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent networks
- Screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates against role requirements
- Coordinating with stakeholders to schedule interviews and gather feedback
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Contributing to employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives
