Recruiter L3

In this role, the recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management. The position requires strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and business units
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide timely status updates
