Recruiter L3

The employer is looking for a seasoned Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This position is suited for a recruitment professional with a strong track record of sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified candidates across various business functions.

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units or roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen and assess candidates against defined role requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

The ideal candidate brings solid experience in a corporate or agency recruitment environment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience handling mid-to-senior level hiring will be an advantage.
