Recruiter L3

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple business units simultaneously.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned business verticals
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
