The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and closing offers. Working closely with hiring managers and HR business partners, the recruiter will ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with organisational needs.
- End-to-end recruitment ownership across assigned business units
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers
- Maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
