About the role
The employer is looking for a seasoned Recruiter at the L3 level to join its talent acquisition team in Hyderabad, Telangana. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruitment across assigned business units or functions.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
- Managing end-to-end hiring processes, from job briefing and sourcing through to offer and onboarding coordination
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in corporate or agency recruitment, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
