Recruiter L3

The employer is looking for a skilled and driven Recruiter at the L3 level to join its Human Resources team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role is suited to a recruitment professional with a solid track record in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various functions and levels.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements and building talent pipelines to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes. Close collaboration with hiring managers and HR business partners will be central to the role.

• End-to-end talent acquisition and candidate management
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and reporting on hiring metrics
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
