Recruiter L3

The employer is looking for an experienced Recruiter L3 to join its talent acquisition team based in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-volume, fast-paced hiring function within a well-established organisation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer processes. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.

Key responsibilities may include:

• End-to-end recruitment for assigned business units or functions
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate recruitment data and tracking hiring metrics
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
