- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units or functions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements
- Coordinate with hiring managers to facilitate timely decision-making
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide regular status updates
