Recruiter – Fixed Term Contract

The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, on a fixed-term contract basis. In this position, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles and business units
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and referrals
• Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
