The employer is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the organisation's hiring goals during the contract period.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles
- Source and engage candidates through various channels
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate feedback between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
This is a fixed-term position suited to a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results within a defined timeframe. Candidates with prior in-house or agency recruitment experience are encouraged to apply.
