Recruiter – Fixed Term Contract

The employer is hiring a Recruiter on a fixed-term basis at its Bengaluru, Karnataka location. This role is suited to a recruitment professional who can hit the ground running and deliver quality hiring outcomes within a defined engagement period.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, and sourcing strong candidates through appropriate channels.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer acceptance
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for open roles
• Coordinate interviews and provide a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
