The employer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their team in Patna, Bihar, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, helping the organisation attract and onboard the right talent.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to facilitating final selections
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
• Screening applications, conducting interviews, and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring assignments simultaneously. Prior experience in a recruiting or HR role will be an advantage.
