Blue Yonder is seeking a Recruiter to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified professionals to meet the company's workforce needs.

In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels
• Coordinate and conduct interviews in collaboration with relevant teams
• Manage offer processes and maintain accurate recruitment records
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
