Blue Yonder is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment processes to meet the company's hiring needs.

In this position, the Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through various sourcing channels. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver a smooth candidate experience throughout the selection process.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing to offer acceptance
• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and other channels
• Screen and assess applicants to ensure alignment with role requirements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality hiring outcomes
