Recruiter

Blue Yonder is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's growing workforce requirements.

In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across departments.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and referrals
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide timely updates to hiring teams
