Recruiter

The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to become part of their growing team based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation's talent acquisition function.

In this position, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the hiring process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates
