Recruiter

Blue Yonder is seeking a Recruiter to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation's talent acquisition function.

In this position, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating the hiring process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards and professional networks
• Screen applications and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
