Recruiter

The employer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates across various functions within the organisation.

In this role, the Recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing to offer acceptance
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system

The ideal candidate will bring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to talent sourcing, and the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
