Recruiter

Blue Yonder is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join its team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to support the company's growing workforce needs.

In this role, the Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers across departments.

• Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments
