Recruiter

The employer is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join their team in Patna, Bihar. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent to meet the organisation's hiring needs.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including job portals and professional networks
• Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and updating the applicant tracking system

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of recruitment best practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. Prior experience in a recruiting or HR role will be an advantage.
