Recruiter

This is a recruiting role based in Idukki, Kerala, supporting the staffing needs of a courier service operation. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying talent requirements to successfully placing candidates in appropriate roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels
• Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
• Coordinating with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
• Managing onboarding processes for new hires

This position is well suited to individuals with prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, particularly within logistics, courier, or high-volume hiring environments.
