About the role
This role is open for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join the CHO Projects team based in Jamnagar, Gujarat. The position involves end-to-end quantity surveying functions across large-scale industrial project work, requiring a strong foundation in cost control, measurement, and contract administration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, conducting cost estimates, monitoring project expenditure, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Close coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams will be an integral part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
- Preparation of bills of quantities and cost estimates for CHO project scope
- Contract management and administration support
- Monitoring and controlling project costs against approved budgets
- Liaising with internal engineering and procurement teams
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to project quantities and valuations
