Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable Python-based applications and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and internal coding standards.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and functional features.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and mobile applications.
• Perform thorough code reviews, identify potential issues, and provide constructive feedback to peers to maintain high code quality.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks, debugging issues, and implementing effective solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, Python ecosystem developments, and industry trends to continuously improve team capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Python development with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Proficiency in popular Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI and experience building production-grade applications.
• Solid understanding of database technologies including PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB, along with experience writing optimized queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in collaborative development environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure and experience deploying applications in cloud environments is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
