PYP Coordinator

Bloomingdale International School, Vijayawada, is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PYP Coordinator to join its academic leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the implementation and continuous development of the IB Primary Years Programme across the school.

In this role, the PYP Coordinator will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure that the programme is delivered with fidelity to IB standards and practices. Key responsibilities include curriculum planning, staff mentoring, facilitating collaborative planning sessions, and maintaining compliance with IB authorization requirements.

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Primary Years Programme
• Support and mentor teaching staff in PYP pedagogy and inquiry-based learning
• Liaise with the IB organization and ensure adherence to programme standards
• Engage with parents and the wider school community to promote the PYP philosophy
