PYP Coordinator

Bloomingdale International School, Vijayawada, is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable PYP Coordinator to join its academic leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the implementation and continuous improvement of the IB Primary Years Programme across the school.

The role involves working closely with teachers, students, and parents to uphold the standards and philosophy of the PYP framework. The coordinator will support curriculum planning, mentor teaching staff, and ensure that programme documentation and assessment practices align with IB requirements.

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the Primary Years Programme
• Mentor and support classroom teachers in PYP pedagogy and best practices
• Oversee curriculum development, unit planning, and student assessment
• Liaise with the IB organisation and manage programme authorisation or evaluation processes as required
• Foster a collaborative and inquiry-based learning culture within the school community
