About the role
Bloomingdale International School, Vijayawada, is looking for a dedicated and qualified PYP Coordinator to join its academic leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the IB Primary Years Programme across the school.
The PYP Coordinator will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to ensure the effective delivery of the PYP curriculum, uphold IB standards, and foster a culture of inquiry-based learning throughout the primary section.
- Lead curriculum planning and implementation aligned with IB PYP guidelines
- Mentor and support teaching staff in PYP pedagogy and best practices
- Coordinate internal assessments and maintain programme documentation
- Liaise with the IB organisation and manage accreditation-related processes
- Engage with parents and the wider school community to promote the PYP philosophy
