  • Monitor and track order status, delivery schedules, and inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring supplier records, contracts, and performance evaluations are current and accessible.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and warehouse teams to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to identify new sourcing opportunities and stay informed about industry pricing trends.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple vendor relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, managing priorities under tight deadlines.

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: We offer an attractive salary package benchmarked against industry standards, along with performance-based incentives to reward your contributions.
  • Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage for you and your immediate family, including hospitalization, dental, and wellness programs.
