Program Associate

The employer is looking for a motivated Program Associate to be part of their innovation incubator operations based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing programs that foster entrepreneurship and innovation.

As a Program Associate, the individual will work closely with the core team to coordinate incubation activities, engage with startups and stakeholders, and contribute to the smooth delivery of foundation initiatives.

• Support day-to-day program operations and coordination
• Engage with startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners
• Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and incubation activities
• Contribute to documentation, reporting, and program monitoring
