The employer is seeking a Production Scheduler to be based at its manufacturing facility in Savli, Gujarat. This role sits within the production planning function and is central to ensuring smooth, on-time manufacturing operations.
The Production Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and optimising production schedules to meet delivery commitments while making effective use of available resources. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Plan and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts and customer requirements
- Monitor shop-floor progress and adjust schedules in response to changing priorities or constraints
- Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively communicate risks to relevant stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production planning process
