The employer is looking for a Process Assistant – Learning & Development (L&D) to join its operations team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position sits within the L&D function and plays a key supporting role in delivering training initiatives on the warehouse or fulfilment floor.
The Process Assistant will work closely with trainers and operations leads to coordinate and assist in the execution of learning programmes, ensuring that associates receive timely and effective on-the-job training. The role requires hands-on involvement in day-to-day training activities and process adherence.
- Support the delivery and coordination of L&D programmes for floor associates
- Assist in tracking training completion, records, and compliance
- Work alongside operations and training teams to identify skill gaps and reinforce standard processes
- Contribute to maintaining a productive and well-trained workforce on-site
