The employer is looking for a Process Assistant – Learning & Development (L&D) to join its operations team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position plays a key supporting role in delivering and coordinating learning initiatives on the floor.
The successful candidate will assist in facilitating training programmes, tracking associate progress, and ensuring that learning processes run smoothly and consistently across shifts. The role requires close collaboration with operations supervisors and L&D leads.
- Support the design and delivery of on-floor training sessions
- Track and maintain training records and associate development data
- Coordinate with team leads to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures during training activities
