The employer is looking for a Process Assistant – Learning & Development (L&D) to join its operations team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position sits within the L&D function and plays a key role in supporting workforce training initiatives at the facility.
The Process Assistant will work closely with the L&D team to coordinate and facilitate learning programmes, assist in onboarding processes, and help ensure that associates receive the training needed to perform their roles effectively and safely.
- Support the delivery and coordination of training and development programmes
- Assist in tracking and maintaining training records and compliance data
- Work alongside floor operations teams to identify training needs
- Help onboard new associates and guide them through standard operating procedures
