The employer is looking for a Process Assistant – Learning & Development (L&D) to join its operations team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position plays a key supporting role in delivering and coordinating learning initiatives on the floor.
The Process Assistant will work closely with the L&D team to assist in training new associates, tracking learning progress, and ensuring that standard operating procedures are communicated effectively across the workforce.
- Support the facilitation and coordination of on-the-job training programmes
- Assist in maintaining training records and reporting on associate progress
- Work alongside operations and L&D teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
- Help ensure compliance with safety and process standards during training activities
This is a hands-on, floor-level role suited to candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic warehouse or fulfilment centre setting, and passionate about helping others develop their skills.
