The employer is looking for a Process Assistant – Learning & Development to join its operations team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This position plays a key role in supporting the Learning & Development function within a large-scale fulfilment or logistics setting.
The Process Assistant will work closely with the L&D team to coordinate and facilitate training activities, helping ensure that associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their roles effectively and safely.
- Support day-to-day Learning & Development operations on the floor
- Assist in coordinating and delivering training programmes for associates
- Help track training completion and maintain relevant records
- Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needs
