Plant HR Manager

The Plant HR Manager will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources operations at a manufacturing plant based in Kadi, Gujarat. This is a site-level leadership role requiring hands-on involvement in day-to-day HR activities.

Key responsibilities are expected to include:

• Talent acquisition and onboarding for plant-level positions
• Employee relations and grievance handling
• Compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
• Payroll coordination and attendance management
• Training and development initiatives for plant staff

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a plant or manufacturing HR environment, strong knowledge of Indian labour legislation, and the ability to work effectively with both shop-floor workers and senior management.
