Placement Officer

Magic Bus India Foundation is seeking a dedicated Placement Officer to join its team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role sits within the organisation's livelihood programme and focuses on connecting young individuals with meaningful employment opportunities.

The Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, facilitating job placements, and supporting candidates through the recruitment process to ensure successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging potential employer partners across relevant industries
• Coordinating placement drives and interviews for programme participants
• Tracking placement data and maintaining accurate records of candidate progress
• Providing post-placement support to both candidates and employers
