Placement Officer

Pratham Education Foundation is looking for a dedicated Placement Officer to join its team in Mysore, Karnataka. This role is central to bridging the gap between trained candidates and prospective employers, ensuring that learners transition successfully into the workforce.

The Placement Officer will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with local and regional employers, identifying suitable job opportunities, and coordinating placement drives and recruitment events for program participants.

• Facilitate end-to-end placement support for trained candidates
• Build and maintain an active employer network across relevant industries
• Organise job fairs, campus drives, and employer engagement activities
• Track placement outcomes and maintain accurate records of candidate progress
