Placement Officer

Pratham Education Foundation is looking for a dedicated Placement Officer to join its team in Mysore, Karnataka. This role is central to connecting program graduates with meaningful employment opportunities and strengthening the organisation's placement ecosystem.

The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating job placements for candidates trained under Pratham's skill development programmes. This involves coordinating with employers, organising placement drives, and maintaining relationships with industry partners to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.

• Identify and engage prospective employers across relevant industries
• Coordinate and conduct placement drives and job fairs
• Track and report placement outcomes for trained candidates
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job-search process
• Maintain an updated database of employer contacts and placement records
