The Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, facilitating job placements, and tracking outcomes for program graduates. The role requires a proactive individual who can engage effectively with both candidates and industry partners.
- Coordinate placement drives and employer engagement activities
- Maintain records of candidate placements and follow up on employment outcomes
- Liaise with training teams to align candidate profiles with employer requirements
- Support candidates through the job application and onboarding process
