Placement Officer

Pratham Education Foundation is seeking a motivated and dedicated Placement Officer to join its team in Mysore, Karnataka. This role sits within Pratham's vocational and skills training vertical, supporting learners in securing meaningful employment outcomes.

The Placement Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with employers, coordinating placement drives, and guiding candidates through the job placement process. The role requires strong networking abilities and a commitment to bridging the gap between trained youth and prospective employers.

• Facilitate end-to-end placement support for trained candidates
• Develop and nurture employer partnerships to generate job opportunities
• Coordinate recruitment drives, interviews, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate placement records and track candidate outcomes
