The Placement Officer will be responsible for facilitating job placements, building relationships with prospective employers, and ensuring that trained candidates are successfully connected with suitable career opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end placement activities for program graduates
- Develop and maintain a network of employer partners across relevant industries
- Track placement outcomes and maintain accurate records of candidate progress
- Coordinate with internal training teams to align candidate profiles with market demand
