The employer is seeking a Placement & Corporate Relations professional to drive student placement initiatives and build strong industry partnerships at its Jalandhar, Punjab campus.
About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join its Placement & Corporate Relations team. The selected candidate will play a key role in facilitating campus placements and strengthening ties between the institution and the corporate world.
Key responsibilities include:
- Campus Placement Coordination: Organizing and managing end-to-end placement drives for students across disciplines.
- Corporate Outreach: Identifying, approaching, and maintaining relationships with recruiters and industry partners.
- Student Preparation: Supporting students through the placement process by coordinating training, mock interviews, and career guidance sessions.
- Data & Reporting: Tracking placement outcomes and maintaining accurate records of corporate engagements and student placements.
This is an on-site role based in Jalandhar, Punjab. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to relationship-building, and a genuine interest in shaping student career outcomes.
